Description
The recently redesigned A3 is perhaps the most versatile instrument in the model line, capable of being equally comfortable in a large symphonic setting or a playing first parts in a jazz orchestra. It has a slightly smaller bell diameter than the A1 and A2 trumpets at 122 mm and is recommended in the thicker gauges of 0.55 and 0.60. The heavier gauges are balanced with a full length reverse leadpipe to produce a very efficient instrument and to maximize the sound palette.
